Do not use Cyclobenzaprine for more than three weeks without consulting your doctor. The largest amount should be no more than 60 mg (six 10-mg tablets) per day. For fibromyalgia cyclobenzaprine can be helpful for sleep and pain relief as a single nighttime dose. If you have liver disease, your physician may recommend a lower or less frequent cyclobenzaprine dosage, because your body may not handle the drug as well as usual. |
